How do I get help with crypto queries?
Crypto accounts at IG Markets Singapore are managed by Independent Reserve. For any crypto-related queries, you'll need to contact Independent Reserve directly. There are two ways to do this from within the app:
Account page: Go to your Account > scroll to Support > tap Chat with IR
Help & FAQs: Go to Help & FAQs > Crypto (Independent Reserve) > open a relevant article > tap Get IR Support
Both options are only visible if you have an active crypto account.
