TERMS AND CONDITIONS: IG Markets Welcome Reward

PROMOTION DETAILS

4. This Promotion provides a Welcome Bonus of up to S$258 credited into a participant’s IG Markets share trading account (the “Welcome Reward”) upon successfully meeting all the Reward Criteria set out in these Terms. The Welcome Reward comprises
​

(a) a S$188 cash bonus; and

(b) an additional S$70 cash bonus, which is awarded upon meeting the applicable criteria within seven (7) days from the date your Account is activated.

PROMOTION PERIOD

5. 1 August – 31 August 2026, both days inclusive, unless subsequently modified by IG (“Promotion Period”).

REWARD CRITERIA

6. To be eligible for the Welcome Reward the participant must satisfy all of the following criteria (“Reward Criteria”):
​

(a) successfully open an IG Markets share trading account (your “Account”) by completing all necessary steps for account opening on the IG Markets app, including passing all required verifications, and the customer account review;
​

(b) successfully deposit a minimum of S$500 in a single transaction (“Qualifying Deposit”) and execute:

i. at least one (1) Qualifying Trade within thirty (30) days from the date of account activation to be eligible for the S$188 cash bonus; and
​
ii. at least one (1) Qualifying Trade within seven (7) days from the date of account activation to be eligible for the additional S$70 cash bonus;
​

(c) This promotion is applicable only to participants who create a new account during the promotional period.
​

(d) A Net Deposit of at least $500 must be maintained at all times for 30 consecutive days from the date of deposit (the "Holding Period"). For the avoidance of doubt, funds transferred from another account on IG Markets into the share trading account will not be treated as a qualifying deposit for the purpose of meeting the minimum Net Deposit requirement. In addition, any Withdrawal or Funds Transfer across accounts on IG Markets that would cause the Net Deposit in the Shares account to fall below $500 is not permitted during the holding period;

(e) you must not be an employee (or any relation or partner or agent of an employee) of IG or any entity of IG Group;

(f) you must be fully authorised to operate your Account; and
​

(g) you must comply with all provisions set out in these Terms and must not breach or infringe upon any of them.

7. The participant can only claim a maximum of one Welcome Reward under this

Promotion. Participants are strictly not allowed to open multiple Accounts.

8. Successful participants will be notified by the in-app push notification and will have their Welcome Reward credited into their Account within 15 working days, once the conditions are fulfilled. In order for a successful participant to receive the Welcome Reward the participant’s Account must be valid and not be closed or terminated.

OTHER DETAILS

9. We are the sole arbiter of the Welcome Reward promotion, these Terms and any other issues arising under the Welcome Reward promotion. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to (i) preclude you from participating in the Welcome Reward promotion; and/or (ii) alter, amend or terminate the Welcome Reward promotion or any aspect of it at any time and without prior notice, either as a whole or in relation to you only. If we make any changes to these Terms, we may notify you of such changes by posting the modified terms on our website. By continuing to trade us, you will be deemed to have accepted any such modified terms.

10. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, all dates are determined in accordance with Singapore time.

11. We will not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of your trading on the IG Markets app. Trading is a high-risk activity, and it is possible to lose your initial investment.

13. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be fairest to all concerned and that decision shall be final and binding on all parties. We reserve the right to refuse to pay out or to credit to your Account if

(i) we have reasonable belief that the Promotion is being abused in any way (including any form of manipulation of transactions);

(ii) we believe that the terms of the Customer Agreement have been breached in any way; and/or

(iii) we have suspended or closed your Account in accordance with the provisions of the Customer Agreement. We will not have any obligation to any person in terms of this Promotion if such person, in our sole opinion, abuses the spirit or intention of the Promotion.

14. If, at any time, all or any part of any provision of these Terms are or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such provision(s) shall not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of the remainder of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms or the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other jurisdiction of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms.

15. Each person who participates or attempts to participate in the Promotion agrees that IG may disclose personal information in accordance with IG's Privacy Notice and Access Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, each such person consents to IG exchanging, using and disclosing their personal information (including their name, and date of birth) for the purposes of facilitating their participation or attempted participation in this Promotion.

16. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and shall by subject to the jurisdiction of the Singaporean courts.

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

17. In these Terms:

“Account” means an IG Markets share trading account designated by IG as eligible for this Promotion, and excludes any CFD account, or any other IG account.

“Customer Agreement” means the IG Markets customer agreement made between IG and you, governing the basis on which IG provides services to you and the dealings between IG and you.

"Net Deposit" means the total amount of cash deposited into your Account less the total amount of cash withdrawn from your Account, calculated on a cumulative basis from the date of the Qualifying Deposit. For the avoidance of doubt, Net Deposit does not include any trading gains, losses, fees, or bonuses credited to your Account.

“Qualifying Trade” refers to a share or ETF transaction executed on the IG Markets share trading platform. To constitute a Qualifying Trade, the transaction must be initiated directly by the participant and not by IG acting on your behalf (including any system-generated trades) or by any third party acting on the participant’s behalf.

"Withdrawal" means any transfer of cash out of the Account.

“Qualifying Trade” refers to a share or ETF transaction executed on the IG Markets share trading platform. To constitute a Qualifying Trade, the transaction must be initiated directly by the participant and not by IG acting on your behalf (including any system-generated trades) or by any third party acting on the participant’s behalf.

No promo code is required. The Welcome Reward is applied automatically once you meet all the qualifying conditions, and will be credited within 15 working days after all requirements (including the 30-day holding period) are fulfilled.
