1. These terms and conditions (the “ Terms”) apply to the “IG Markets Welcome

Reward” promotion (the “ Promotion ”). By participating in the Promotion,

participants agree to be bound by these Terms. All capitalised but undefined

5. 1st October – 31st December 2026, both days inclusive, unless subsequently

modified by IG (“Promotion Period”).

6. To be eligible for the Welcome Reward the participant must satisfy all of the

following criteria (“Reward Criteria”):

(a) successfully open an IG Markets share trading account (your

“Account ”) by completing all necessary steps for account opening on

the IG Markets app, including passing all required verifications, and the

customer account review ;

(b) successfully deposit a minimum of S$1000 in a single transaction

(“Qualifying Deposit ”) and execute at least three (3) Qualifying Buy

Trades within either (i) fourteen (14) calendar days from your account

7. Eligible participants will be entitled to receive the following Welcome Reward as

follows:

(a) execute at least three (3) Qualifying Buy Trades within fourteen (14)

days from your account activation date to be entitled to a S$168 cash

bonus; or

(b) execute at least three (3) Qualifying Buy Trades within thirty (30) days

from your account activation date to be entitled to a S$108 cash bonus.

8. The participant can only claim a maximum of one Welcome Reward under this

Promotion. Participants are strictly not allowed to open multiple Accounts.

9. Successful participants will be notified by the in-app push notification and will have their Welcome Reward credited into their Account within 15 working days, once

the conditions are fulfilled. In order for a successful participant to receive the

Welcome Reward the participant’s Account must be valid and not be closed or

terminated.

10. We are the sole arbiter of the Welcome Reward promotion, these Terms and any

other issues arising under the Welcome Reward promotion. We reserve the right,

in our sole discretion, to (i) preclude you from participating in the Welcome

Reward promotion; and/or (ii) alter, amend or terminate the Welcome Reward

promotion or any aspect of it at any time and without prior notice, either as a whole

or in relation to you only. If we make any changes to these Terms, we may notify

you of such changes by posting the modified terms on our website. By continuing

11. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, all dates are determined in accordance

with Singapore time.

12. We will not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of your trading on

14. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by our

management in a manner it deems to be fairest to all concerned and that decision

being abused in any way (including any form of manipulation of transactions); (ii)

we believe that the terms of the Customer Agreement have been breached in any

way; and/or (iii) we have suspended or closed your Account in accordance with

the provisions of the Customer Agreement. We will not have any obligation to any

person in terms of this Promotion if such person, in our sole opinion, abuses the

spirit or intention of the Promotion.

15. If, at any time, all or any part of any provision of these Terms are or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such

provision(s) shall not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that

jurisdiction of the remainder of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms

or the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other jurisdiction of

that provision or all other provisions of these Terms.

16. Each person who participates or attempts to participate in the Promotion agrees

that IG may disclose personal information in accordance with IG’s Privacy Notice

and Access Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, each such person consents to IG

exchanging, using and disclosing their personal information (including their name,

and date of birth) for the purposes of facilitating their participation or attempted

participation in this Promotion.

17. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

Singapore and shall by subject to the jurisdiction of the Singaporean courts.

18. In these Terms:

“Account” means an IG Markets share trading account designated by IG as

eligible for this Promotion, and excludes any CFD account, or any other IG

account.

“Customer Agreement” means the IG Markets customer agreement made

between IG and you, governing the basis on which IG provides services to you

and the dealings between IG and you.
