What to expect during the lockout
A 5-minute timer will begin
During this period, the number pad is also locked, so you will not be able to enter another PIN or request a PIN change
You will need to wait for the timer to expire before taking any further action
How to regain access after the lockout
Once the 5-minute timer has ended, you have two options:
Reset your PIN (recommended): This will prompt SMS verification, allowing you to securely regain access to your account
Try again with your existing PIN: If you remember your correct PIN, you can attempt to log in again
Tip: If you are unsure of your PIN, resetting it is the safest approach to avoid another lockout.
