When logging in for the first time, after signing out, or following an automatic security log-out (which occurs every 100 days), you’ll be asked to verify your mobile number.
How to Log In and Verify Your Mobile Number
Open the app and tap Log in.
Select your country code (flag icon), if required.
Enter your mobile number, then tap Continue.
You’ll receive a one-time verification code by SMS.
Enter the code in the Verification code field.
To complete your login, authenticate using either:
Biometric authentication (if enabled), or
Your personal PIN (created during account setup).
How to Change Your Mobile Number
On the verification screen, tap Change number and follow the on-screen instructions.
What If I Don’t Receive the Verification Code?
Wait for the countdown timer to finish, then tap Send a new code.
Check that:
You have a stable mobile signal
SMS messages are not blocked on your device
The correct mobile number and country code were entered
