Contact preferences allow you to control the notifications and emails you receive from IG.
How to Update Push Notification Preferences
From the Home screen, tap your profile icon.
Go to Contact preferences.
Select Push notifications.
Use the toggles to turn specific notifications on or off, such as account activity or marketing alerts.
How to Update Email Preferences
In Contact preferences, switch to the Emails tab.
Use the available toggle(s) to manage the types of emails you receive, such as marketing communications.
Important
Regardless of your preference selections, you may still receive essential service or regulatory communications that we are legally required to send.
