How Do I Add Funds to Start Investing?

If your balance is $0.00, you will need to add funds before you can buy cryptocurrency.

How do I add funds from the Portfolio section?

Bank Transfer:

  1. Navigate to Portfolio

  2. Tap 'Add Money'

  3. Tap 'Manual bank transfer'

  4. Copy transfer details: Use the provided transfer details

  5. Complete payment: Log in to your bank, then use our details to transfer funds

Note: Manual Bank transfers can take up to 3 working days to be allocated to your account.

PayID:

  1. Access PayID tab: Select PayID deposit option

  2. Copy PayID address: Use the provided unique PayID identifier

  3. Complete payment: Send funds via your bank's PayID system

  4. Instant processing: Funds are typically available immediately

Card:

  1. Access the Card tab: Select Card deposit option

  2. Enter your Card details and amount you wish to deposit

  3. Confirm that the card you are making the deposit with is in your personal name and the billing address matches the address on your IG account

  4. Funds are typically available immediately

Apple Pay:

  1. Access the Apple Pay tab: Select Apple Pay deposit option

  2. Enter the amount you wish to deposit

  3. Authorise the payment

  4. Funds are typically available immediately

What happens after I add funds?

After your funds have been added to your account, you can start buying coins.

Your deposit should also appear in Activity → Transactions (use the Type: Deposits filter to find it faster).
