Deposits from, or withdrawals to, business bank accounts are not permitted.
The linked bank account must be in your own personal name, as business bank accounts constitute as third party deposits and are strictly prohibited. We would have to return funds to the third party source.
How to return funds to the third party source
For us to process the return of funds back to the third party source, we require you to provide us with the following documents:
A copy of the bank statement (PDF), clearly stating the full name, bank account number and the bank's logo of the third party.
A copy of the transaction history (screenshot), clearly showing the third-party deposit amount, deposit date, transfer in to IG Markets and bank account number.
