There is no resend button on the platform. If your recipient hasn't received their voucher, the recommended approach is to copy the voucher link and share it with them through your own email, SMS or other system.
How to find the voucher link
There are two ways to find the link. Use whichever is quicker for you.
Method 1: From the Links page
Best when you know the recipient's contact details or the link code, and want to find the link without opening the parent order.
Go to your Voucher History page from the left-hand menu. The page opens on the Links tab by default.
Use the search bar at the top to find the link. You can search by:
Link code - the last 16 digits of the voucher URL.
Recipient email or mobile number - this returns every link sent to that contact, which is useful if a recipient has been sent more than one voucher.
Once you've found the right link in the results, click the link icon to copy it.
Method 2: From inside the order
Best when you know which order the link belongs to, or you want to see the link in context first.
Go to your Voucher History page and click the Orders tab.
Find and click into the relevant order.
Under Voucher links, find the link you need and click the link icon to copy it.
Sharing the link
Once you've copied the link, share it with your recipient through your own channel - for example, a direct email from your own inbox.
Important: Double-check you are sharing the correct link with the correct person. The link gives whoever holds it access to the voucher, so a mistake here could mean someone else claims it.
Why isn't there a resend button?
If a voucher email or SMS shows as not delivered, or shows as delivered but your recipient can't find it, sending again through the same method rarely produces a different result. Copying the link and using a channel you know works is usually more reliable.
If the voucher link has expired
An expired link cannot be resent. The funds attached to an expired voucher are automatically returned to your wallet at midnight on the day the link expired. To replace an expired voucher, you'll need to create a new send.
