What CSV format do I need to upload recipient details?

The required column format for CSV uploads on Huggg Payouts, covering email, SMS and printable letter templates.

When sending vouchers by email, SMS, or printable letter, you can upload a CSV file to add multiple recipients at once. Each delivery method requires a different format. Download the relevant template from the platform or follow the column structure below.


Email

Your CSV must include the following columns in this order:

Phone numbers must be UK mobile numbers. Do not include the country code (+44). Start with 07.


Printable letters

Tips

  • Include a header row, then your recipient rows below it. The upload reads columns by position and ignores the header names, so they don't need to match exactly.

  • Save your file in CSV format before uploading. Excel files (.xlsx) won't be accepted.

  • Remove any blank rows from your file before uploading.
