What CSV format do I need to upload recipient details?

The required column format for CSV uploads on Huggg Payouts - covering email, SMS and printable letter templates.

When sending vouchers by email, SMS, or printable letter, you can upload a CSV file to add multiple recipients at once. Each delivery method requires a different format. Download the relevant template from the platform or follow the column structure below.


Email

Your CSV must include the following columns in this order:

Phone numbers must be UK mobile numbers. Do not include the country code (+44). Start with 07.

Tips

  • Your CSV must have a header row using the field names exactly as written above. Do not rename them.

  • Save your file in CSV format before uploading. Excel files (.xlsx) won't be accepted.

  • Remove any blank rows from your file before uploading.
