There are three ways to pay for vouchers on Huggg Payouts. Choose whichever works best for your organisation.
Option 1: Pay at checkout
If you prefer not to hold a balance in your wallet, you can pay for each order as you go. At the end of the sending flow you'll be prompted to pay by credit or debit card. The money is applied immediately and your vouchers are sent straight away.
Option 2: Top up by card
Add money to your wallet at any time using a credit or debit card. Useful if you want to set a budget in advance.
Click your balance or HG reference number in the left-hand sidebar
Scroll down to Top up your wallet
Select By card
Enter the amount and your card details, then click Top up my wallet
The money appears in your account immediately.
Option 3: Top up by bank transfer
For larger amounts or departmental budgets, bank transfer is often the most convenient option.
Click your balance or HG reference number in the left-hand sidebar
Scroll down to Top up your wallet and select By bank transfer
You'll see the bank details to transfer to
Make your transfer using your HG reference number as the payment reference
Important: you must include your HG reference number in the payment reference.
Without it, we cannot identify which account to top up and your money will be delayed. Your HG reference number is shown next to your balance in the left-hand sidebar.
You can also click Email remittance advice on the bank transfer screen to download payment details for your finance team.
