Choose the appliance they require, and whether they require removal, installation or both.
Follow the instructions to purchase the appliance, and then send the Huggg link to yourself.
Click on the Huggg link and read the information/instructions carefully.
Enter their delivery address, email address and phone number when prompted.
Note: If you'd like to be sent the confirmation and delivery details, please ensure you include your contact details, rather than the recipient's.
You'll then be sent an email notification from Huggg with information about what happens next.
You will then receive an email or phone call from the courier, confirming the date and time of delivery, within 24 hours.
Please keep an eye on emails from notify@huggg.me or support@eicdirect.co.uk (including spam/junk folders), and keep your phone by you on loud!
