Huggg will send out reminders 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and then 3 months after the huggg has been sent. The message will just state that there is a huggg waiting for them.
We will also send out reminders 1 week and 1 day before a huggg expires, telling the recipient that the huggg expires in 1 week/1 day.
Will the recipient receive reminders to use their voucher(s)?
