Choose this if you want to stay in control of delivery and send your gifts through your own communication tools.
How many gifts? Enter the quantity you wish to purchase.
The flow: after checkout, Huggg generates unique gift links for you. See Finding your gift links to copy and share them.
Ways to share: perfect for sending via WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, work email, or any other channel you use.
Best for: quick internal recognition, or when you want the gift to come from your personal account rather than Huggg.
Tip: want one link to share with a group instead of many individual links? Use a Group Link: one link, each person claims their own gift. See What's a Group Link? for details.
Important: keep your links secure. Each gift link is unique and can only be claimed once. Share each specific link with one specific person. Anyone with access to the link can claim the gift.
📧 Email, sent by Huggg
Choose this for a professional delivery experience straight to your recipient's inbox.
Add recipients: enter the email addresses one by one and click Add recipient.
Bulk upload: if you have a long list, click Bulk upload recipient details to upload a CSV file.
The flow: Huggg handles the delivery automatically as soon as you complete the checkout.
Best for: formal gifting, external clients, or when you want to make sure the gift doesn't get lost in a busy chat thread.
📱 SMS, sent by Huggg
Choose this to send your gift as a personal text message directly to the recipient's phone.
Add recipients: enter the mobile phone numbers and click Add recipient.
Bulk upload: use the Bulk upload feature for larger groups.
The flow: your recipient receives a text with a link to open their digital gift wrap and claim their treat.
Best for: deskless workers or a more personal, instant surprise.
