A Group link is one link you share with a group, and each person who opens it claims their own gift. You can send up to 10,000 gifts from a single Group link, which makes it ideal for large or company-wide gifting.
💡 How a Group link works
A Group link works a little differently from a one-to-one gift:
Each person who opens the link claims their own gift.
They claim by entering their email address or mobile number, whichever you choose.
You decide how many gifts each person can claim.
You can limit claims to certain email domains, for example only @huggg.me addresses.
🔗 How to send a Group link
Select the gift type you want to send.
Choose a gift range with the filters on the left, or click 'Customise choices' in the top right to pick the gifts yourself.
Click 'Next', then write your own message to recipients.
Scroll down to choose a digital wrap for the gift.
On the next page, select 'I'll share the gift links myself'.
Choose how many gifts to buy, then select 'Send a Group link'. Decide how many gifts each person can claim, and whether they claim by SMS or email.
To limit who can claim, choose 'Email' and tick 'Restrict domains'. Add a domain (for example, @huggg.me) and click 'Add to the list'. It then shows under 'Domain restrictions'.
Review your order and pay.
On the confirmation screen, copy the Group link and share it wherever you like.
Each person who opens the link then claims their own gift, up to the limit you set.
📊 Tracking a Group link in Gift history
Your Group link starts out as Not sent under Send status and Not yet claimed under Gift status. It stays that way until the first person claims a gift from it.
Once someone claims:
Gift status says Allocated, not Claimed.
Send status changes to the email or SMS status for that person.
On the free plan you see Send status only. For what every value means, see What do Send status and Gift status mean in Gift history?
