Step 4: Review and Checkout

How to review your Huggg order, confirm details, and complete payment.

You're at the final step. Review your order totals, confirm your gift details, and complete your purchase.

πŸ“‹ Review your order

Before completing your purchase, take a moment to review the order summary on the right-hand side of the screen:

  • Unit Price & Quantity: check that the cost per gift and the number of recipients are correct.

  • VAT: we'll show you the VAT breakdown (for example, 20% or 0% depending on the gift type).

  • Total Amount: this is the final amount you will be charged.

🎁 Confirm your gift details

On the left, you'll see a final preview of your chosen gift. Examples: Costa Coffee or Gift with choice.

  • Save as draft: not quite ready? Click Save as draft at the bottom to come back to this order later.

  • Pro-forma invoice: if your finance team needs a document before payment, you can download a pro-forma invoice here.

πŸ’³ Payment

Huggg's checkout looks at your account balance first to keep things fast.

  • Paying from your account balance: if you have enough funds in your Huggg Wallet, the total is deducted from your balance automatically. Click the black Pay button to complete your order.

  • Paying by card: if your wallet balance is empty or doesn't cover the full amount, the Enter card details section appears. Enter your credit or debit card info to pay for the order (or the remaining balance) instantly.

Good to know: if you have a partial balance, Huggg uses your wallet first. For example: Β£10 in wallet + Β£20 gift = Β£10 from wallet, Β£10 from card.

Order complete

Success. Once you click pay, your gifts are on their way (or your links are ready to share). Head to your Gift history to see the status of your Hugggs at any time.

If you chose the Share myself delivery option, your links are generated immediately. See Finding your gift links to find, copy, and manage them.
