Where can I download my bank account details (RIB)?
You can download your RIB directly from your client area, either via the web dashboard or the mobile app. Here are the steps to follow:
On the web dashboard:
Log in to your online client area.
Select the relevant account.
Click on the "Account Details" tab.
An option to download your RIB will be available in the "Bank Details" section. Click it to obtain the document.
On the mobile app:
Open the app and log in.
Access the relevant account.
Tap the icon at the top right, then select "Bank Details."
You will find an option to download your RIB.
What to do if you encounter problems downloading your RIB?
Check your internet connection.
Ensure you are using the latest version of the mobile app or an updated browser.
