Your Hero payment card comes in two versions:
Physical Card: Delivered within 5 to 8 business days and usable for all types of payments. Once you order the physical card, its virtual version becomes available through your app, allowing immediate use with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and online payments.
Virtual Card: Fully digital and cannot be used for direct payments on physical terminals with a PIN code or contactless. However, it is usable for online payments and via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
If you initially opted for a virtual card and later wish to obtain a physical card, you can order one via your HERO dashboard or mobile app. You can then choose to keep the virtual card or deactivate it if it is no longer needed.
