For a payment to be accepted, several conditions must be met:
The card must be active.
The account must have sufficient funds.
The necessary payment options must be enabled.
Depending on the type of payment:
Online payment (e-commerce): A 3DS authentication will be required if the merchant has configured it (via your HERO dashboard, either on a mobile browser or a computer).
Payment with a physical card: You must enter the correct PIN code.
Contactless payment (NFC): Ensure that your first transaction has been completed with a PIN code to activate this feature.
