My payment didn't go through, why ?

If your payment with Hero did not go through, several reasons might explain this:

  1. Card not accepted:
    You might be using a card that is not accepted by Hero. Try again with another card.

  2. Card details error:
    If your card is accepted, there might be errors in the entered card number. Double-check that you have correctly entered your card details, including the expiration date and the 3-digit CVV code on the Hero payment page.

  3. Insufficient funds or exceeded limit:
    Ensure that you have sufficient funds for the transaction and that your card’s payment limit has not been reached.

  4. 3D Secure authentication:
    Finalize the payment by validating the 3D Secure authentication step, which may require a code sent via SMS or a push notification from your banking app.
