Once a service provider has accepted your request and the booking appears in your customer profile, you can view their external profile and see detailed information, including:
The number of cleanings they’ve completed so far
Their average rating from other customers
Customer reviews and experiences with the service provider
The prices they charge for different services
Additional details such as whether they like pets, offer ironing, or include window cleaning as part of a household cleaning
Please note: The hourly rate shown on the cleaner’s external profile may differ from the rate of your booked appointment. To view the exact hourly rate for your booking, please open the next appointment in your profile and check the details for a full price overview.
How to access the service provider profile:
Visit your customer profile and go to the "Home" section. Click on the desired order. If you're using the Helpling app, tap on "Orders" in the navigation bar at the bottom and then select the desired order.
To view the profile, please click on the profile picture or the name of your service provider.
