If you decide to change your current service provider, Helpling makes it easy for you to select a new cleaner. There are several options available in your customer profile to make the change quickly and easily.
Changing service provider:
Visit your user profile and, in the “Home” section, click on the active order in which you would like to change the cleaner. If you are using the Helpling app, please first click on “Orders” in the lower navigation bar and then on the desired order.
You will then see the option to change your service provider next to your cleaner's name. Alternatively, you can scroll down and select “Replace” or find more options for changing your service provider under “Edit”.
In the next step, you will be taken to the service provider selection page. During the process, you’ll have the opportunity to view all relevant information and choose the provider that best fits your needs. This way, you can find reliable and experienced service provider for your order.
Please be aware that this feature becomes available only after successful confirmation by a service provider.
