Many service providers appreciate it when you accept the service directly on site and give personal feedback. However, you can also rate your service provider via your profile. Helpling makes it easy for you to rate your cleaner and offers you several options for doing so. Whether you want to share positive feedback or suggestions for improvement, we have simple and direct ways for you to leave feedback for the service provider.
Your review is very helpful to other customers who want to book and get a picture of the respective service provider.
In the customer account, via the past appointments
To provide feedback on your service provider, simply access your past appointments from your customer account. There you will see an overview of your past appointments, where you can rate the quality, reliability and friendliness of the cleaner and leave a detailed comment.
To do so, select “All Appointments” in your profile overview or click on “See all” to the right of “Next Appointments” in the Helpling app. Then click on “Past” in the top left corner and select the appointment you would like to rate.
You also have the option to rate a past appointment that has already been canceled. Simply select the “Show canceled events” option above the “Past” menu item.
If you have not yet submitted a review, you will see a pop-up in your customer profile after logging in, offering you the opportunity to go directly to the review option of your cleaner.
Please note that your review will not be visible to other users immediately. Every submitted review is carefully checked by Helpling to ensure it meets our guidelines. We place great importance on protecting personal data – if you mention your service provider’s full name in your review, we will shorten it accordingly to ensure privacy. Additionally, we ensure that inappropriate content, such as hate speech or offensive remarks, is not published. We appreciate your understanding that this process typically takes 2-3 days. Once your review is approved, it will be visible to other customers - but only with your own first name displayed. Only the rated service provider can see who submitted the review.
Submit your review via our dedicated service team
If, for some unexpected reason, you are unable to submit a review straight away, you can alternatively contact our dedicated service team. Our agents are on hand to help and will be happy to accept your review.
Simply let us know what star rating (1-5 stars) you would like to give for quality, reliability and friendliness, and add a comment that we can then enter. Of course, you can also leave a rating without text.
A retrospective correction or deletion of the rating is also only possible via our service team. You cannot independently adjust or delete a rating that has already been submitted. If necessary, contact our team and we will be happy to help.
Please note that if we record the review for you, it will be an internal, anonymous review. This means that neither other customers nor your service provider can see it - but it will be fully included in the calculation of the provider’s overall rating and impact their average rating.
