How to cancel your entire booking
On desktop:
Go to the “Home” section in your customer profile.
Select the booking you wish to cancel.
Scroll all the way down and click “Edit”.
Choose “Cancel” and follow the instructions
You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation to the e-mail address you have registered with your profile. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your next appointment, cancellation fees may apply.
