Yes, you can pause your recurring order, for example, if you are on vacation or for other reasons, by skipping individual upcoming appointments during your absence. This way, your current cleaner remains available when you resume the service.
Our recommendation:
Skip the affected appointments in your customer account.
Inform your cleaner in advance about the pause.
Avoid a full cancellation, as we cannot guarantee that your cleaner will still be available at your preferred time after your return.
If you plan to be absent for a longer period, we recommend discussing this directly with your cleaner to find a suitable solution together.
How to skip individual appointments:
Open your customer account and go to the overview page of your order, or select the relevant order if you have multiple cleaning orders.
You will see a list of your upcoming appointments.
Select the relevant appointment and click on "Skip appointment".
Note: Currently, it is not possible to select multiple appointments at the same time. If you are absent for a longer period, the affected appointments must be selected and canceled individually.
