What you can do
Once your Huel order has been placed, contact Huel immediately if you need to change your delivery address. The sooner you reach out, the better your chances of a successful change.
Say "talk to a human" and let a Huel specialist know:
Your order number
The new delivery address you need
Why you need to change it
A Huel specialist will check if your order is still in time to update and assist you.
If your Huel order has already shipped
Once your Huel order has left the warehouse, the delivery address cannot be changed. At that point, you can contact the courier to see if they can redirect it, or wait for it to arrive and arrange a re-delivery or return.
