We work quickly to pick and pack your order. Unfortunately, this means we only have a very short window where we can change your order — this includes swapping products and changing your delivery address.
What you can do
Once your order has been placed, contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address. The sooner you reach out, the better your chances of a successful change.

Your order number
The new delivery address you need
Why you need to change it
A specialist will check if your order is still in time to update and assist you.
If your Huel order has already shipped
Once your order has left our warehouse, we cannot change the delivery address. At that point, you can contact the courier to see if they can redirect it, or wait for it to arrive and arrange a re-delivery or return.
