My order is going to the wrong address, what should I do?

If a Huel order is being delivered to the wrong address, the available options depend on the order status. This article applies to customers in the United States.

If the Huel order has already shipped:

  • Use the delivery carrier’s tracking link or app to check if address updates are available.

  • You may be able to:

    • Update minor address details (such as apartment or unit number)

    • Redirect the parcel to a neighbor or pickup location

  • Larger changes (such as a different city or ZIP code) may not be possible once the parcel is in transit.

If the issue is identified early:

  1. Have the Huel order number ready.

  2. Confirm the correct delivery address.

  3. Share the update request with Huel support as soon as possible.

If the Huel order has not yet been picked or shipped, an address update may still be possible.

Important information about delivery address changes:

  • Once a Huel order is out for delivery, rerouting options are limited to what the delivery carrier allows.

  • If the parcel cannot be delivered, it may be returned to Huel.

  • After return, a resend or refund may be arranged (carrier costs may be deducted if applicable).
