Our fulfilment team works quickly to get Huel orders picked and packed, which means it's often not possible to edit your order once it's been placed.
What you can do
If your Huel order has only just been placed, say "talk to a human" as soon as possible and we'll try to catch it before it ships. In some cases, we may be able to help with small changes such as flavour swaps or product edits, but this isn't guaranteed once your Huel order is in processing.
If your Huel order has already shipped
Unfortunately, we can't make any changes at that stage. You may still be able to arrange a Huel return once the parcel arrives (see our Returns policy).
For Huel subscriptions
You can freely edit your Huel items, flavours, and delivery dates under My Subscriptions > Manage Subscription before your next renewal.
