Can I edit my order once it has been placed?

Our fulfilment team works quickly to get orders picked and packed, which means it’s often not possible to edit an order once it’s been placed.

What you can do
• If your order has only just been placed, contact us at us@help.huel.comas soon as possible and we’ll try to catch it before it ships.
• In some cases, we may be able to help with small changes such as flavor swaps or product edits, but this isn’t guaranteed once the order is in processing.

If your order has already shipped
• Unfortunately, we can’t make any changes at that stage.
• You may still be able to arrange a return once the parcel arrives (see our Returns policy).

Tip
• For subscriptions, you can freely edit your items, flavors, and delivery dates under My Subscriptions > Manage Subscription before your next renewal.
