If your Huel delivery arrived but an item is missing, there are a few common reasons why. Check these first — your item might still be on its way or there may have been a packaging issue we can fix.
Your Huel order was split into multiple packages
Large orders (especially Huel Ready-to-Drink) sometimes arrive in separate parcels. Check your shipping confirmation email for multiple tracking links. Your missing item may be arriving in a later package. Additionally, confirm how many parcels were shipped and how many you have received. Check with immediate neighbors to see if they accepted a parcel on your behalf.
The item you ordered is out of stock
If an item was out of stock, we sent you an email about changes to your order. Check your inbox including your spam folder for a message about what's available and what's been adjusted.
Your Huel order was mispacked
If you think your order arrived with the wrong items, we can help. Before you contact us, gather:
Your order number
A clear photo of the shipping label on the box
A photo of the inside of your box
A photo of the products you received
If the shipping box is no longer available, submit a clear photo of the items you did receive.
Promotional items didn't arrive
Free promotional items are only added to your order if you follow the instructions in the promotional email, add the item yourself, and apply the discount code. The free item won't be included if these steps weren't completed.

If you've checked all of the above and your item is still missing, say \"talk to a human\" and let the specialist know:
Which items should have been in your delivery
Which items you did receive
Whether you've checked for multiple packages
Your shipping address to confirm delivery details
A written declaration stating that you did not receive the missing parcel
Completion and return of the provided declaration form (you can add text as an overlay to the PDF if it is not directly editable)
Have your order number and photos ready. A specialist will investigate and, following receipt of the declaration form, arrange a replacement or refund for the missing products if appropriate.
