If you have received your delivery but there is something missing, we are really sorry to hear this! There can be a few reasons why an item will be missing from your Huel order. Hopefully one of these might help answer your question.
1. Your Huel order was split into multiple packages
If you placed a large Huel order, it might be that your order was split into multiple packages (this is especially common if you're ordering Huel Ready-to-Drink).
Check your emails for additional tracking links β your missing item may be arriving in a separate parcel.
2. The item you ordered is out of stock
If this is the case, you should have received an email informing you about changes to your Huel order.
Please check your inbox to see if you missed an email from us (don't forget to check your spam folder).
3. Human error β your Huel order might have been mispacked
Your Huel order might have been mispacked, and we are really sorry about this.
If you think this is the case, please take a clear photo of the shipping label on the box as well as a photo of the inside and outside of your Huel box.

4. Promotional items
To receive a free Huel product, you must follow the instructions in your email, add the promotional item, and apply the discount code.
The free Huel item won't be added to your order if you do not follow these instructions.
