You can track your Huel US order any time using the Huel AfterShip tracking page — no email needed:
Enter your order number or tracking number to get real-time delivery updates.
Tracking via your shipping confirmation email
You'll also receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a direct tracking link — this usually arrives within 1–2 days of placing your order. Click the link in the email to see live updates on your order's whereabouts.
How long does my Huel order take to arrive?
Standard orders — typically arrive within 3–6 business days (excluding weekends) after dispatch.
Replacement orders — follow the same timeline as standard orders — 3–6 business days. If you need priority shipping, you can cancel and refund your current order, then place a new order with priority shipping selected during checkout. Expedited or express delivery options are not available for replacement orders.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend — will typically be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday. There is no option to pay extra for guaranteed Saturday delivery. Huel cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, including Saturday delivery or next-day arrival.
My tracking details aren't showing yet
Tracking information can take 2–3 business days to update after your shipping label is created. Once the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) scans your parcel, the estimated delivery date will appear. You can keep checking at huel.com/pages/aftership.
Make sure you receive your tracking email
Tracking emails are sent to the address registered on your Huel account. Keep your email address up to date in your account settings to make sure you don't miss it.
