You can download an invoice for your Huel order directly from your Huel account.
How to download your invoice
Log into your Huel account: huel.com/login
Go to Order History
Select the Huel order you need an invoice for
Click Download Invoice or View Invoice to save a copy
Invoices typically become available 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Important information about Huel invoices
Adding Company Details to Your Invoice
To ensure your company details appear on your invoice, you must add this information during the checkout process:
In the basket (cart) area, locate the "Company" field.
Enter your company name or any other relevant details in this field.
Complete the checkout process. The invoice will reflect the information entered at this stage.
Your invoice reflects the billing and shipping details you entered at checkout.
Important: Invoice details, including company name cannot be modified after the order is placed. Ensure all billing information is accurate before completing your purchase.
Placed your order as a guest?
If you placed your Huel order as a guest, it will not appear in your Huel account.
To request your invoice:
Have your order details ready (such as your order number and the email address you used at checkout)
Say \"talk to a human\" and we'll connect you with a specialist who can provide your invoice
Huel will email the invoice as a PDF, and it is typically processed by the next day after your request, though this may vary depending on when the request is submitted.
