If you placed an order or started a Huel subscription but cannot log in to your Huel account — or your subscription and order history don't appear when you log in — your Huel account may not have been activated yet.
Creating or activating a Huel account is essential for managing your orders, subscriptions, and account details. If you are new to Huel and have not placed an order yet, your account will be created automatically when you place your first order. After completing the checkout process, you can activate your login using the same email address you used during the purchase.
This happens when you check out as a guest. Checking out as a guest creates a Huel account linked to your email address, but it does not set a password or activate your login. Until your Huel account is activated, you cannot access your subscription, order history, or account settings.
How to activate your Huel account
Go to huel.com/register
Enter the same email address you used when placing your order — this is the email your order confirmation was sent to
Create a password and complete the registration
Once registered, log in and navigate to My Subscriptions to view and manage your subscription
Important: If your order confirmation was sent to a different email address than the one you normally use, you must register using the order confirmation email. Your subscription and order history are linked to that address.
Why your subscription isn't showing
Your Huel subscription is tied to the email address used at checkout. If you log in with a different email — even one you own — your subscription will not appear. Make sure you activate and log in with the exact email that received your order confirmation.
Managing your subscription after activation
Once logged in, you can cancel, pause, or modify your Huel subscription directly from your account under My Subscriptions. Huel's team cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf — all subscription changes must be made through your Huel account.
Special Cases: Cross-Country Account Issues
If your email was previously used on another country’s Huel store (e.g., UK store) and you need to create or activate a US account, follow these steps:
Go to the US Huel store and start the account registration process.
Use the same email address you used for your US purchase or subscription.
Set a new password for your US account. This password can be different from the one used for other country stores.
If you encounter login issues, use the “Forgot your password?” option to reset your US account password.
By following these steps, you can successfully create or activate your Huel account, ensuring seamless access to your orders and subscriptions.
