Important to know
First order only Free starter items are only included with your first qualifying order. If this is not your first order, or if you're ordering under a previously used account, starter items will not be included.
T-shirt requires selection For new subscribers, the free t-shirt is available at checkout, but you must actively select your size and colour to receive it. If you don't select a size, the t-shirt won't be included in your order.
One starter kit per product type You'll receive free starter items once per product type per customer account.
Check your order confirmation
Your email order confirmation will list all eligible free items. If you see them there, they'll be packed and shipped with your order.
