New customers receive free starter items with their first order of qualifying Huel products. This article applies to customers placing a first qualifying order on the Huel website.
To qualify for free Huel items
To qualify for free Huel starter items, your order must:
be your first qualifying order placed on the Huel website;
include an eligible product such as Huel Powder v3.1, Huel Black Edition Powder, Huel Complete Protein or the Huel Black Edition Variety Box.
What’s included with your first order?
Free Huel shaker
A free Huel shaker is included with your first order of a qualifying Huel Powder product.
The Huel shaker is only included when purchasing a full-size bag of Huel Powder or the Huel Black Edition Variety Box containing 16 single-serve packs.
A single sachet or small add-on of Huel Black Edition Powder does not qualify for a free Huel shaker.
Free measuring scoop
A free measuring scoop is included with your first order of a full-size Huel Powder product, including Huel Black Edition Powder.
Free Huel t-shirt
A free Huel t-shirt is available for customers placing a first-time order for the t-shirt.
To receive the free Huel t-shirt:
Select your preferred size and fit at checkout.
Add the t-shirt to your order before completing checkout.
If no size or fit is selected, the free Huel t-shirt will not be included.
If the free Huel t-shirt was not selected on your first order, contact us and select “speak to an agent” so our team can assist.
If the free Huel t-shirt is selected but the order is not a first-time order for the t-shirt, the t-shirt will be removed and will not be shipped with the order.
Important things to know
First qualifying order only
Free Huel starter items are only included with your first qualifying order.
Orders placed under a previously used account will not qualify.
Eligibility is determined using your email address.
One starter kit per product type
Each customer receives free starter items once per product type.
If you try a different Huel product range for the first time, for example switching from Huel Powder v3.1 to Huel Complete Protein, you may receive the relevant starter item for that range.
T-shirt requires selection
The free Huel t-shirt is not automatically added to your order. You must select a size and fit at checkout. If no selection is made, the t-shirt will not be included.
To avoid receiving a t-shirt, simply do not select a size or fit.
If a free Huel t-shirt is selected and the order is not a first-time order for the t-shirt, the t-shirt will be removed and will not be shipped with the order.

Want to remove an item?
If you want to exclude optional items like the Huel shaker, contact customer support as soon as possible after placing your order.
Check your order confirmation
Your Huel order confirmation email will list all included items.
If the free Huel items appear in your order confirmation, they will be packed and shipped with your order, unless an item is later removed because the order is not eligible.
