Step 1: Access your Huel order to start your return
To start a return for your Huel order, log into your Huel account and locate the Huel order you want to return.
How to access your Huel order:
Go to huel.com
Log in to your Huel account using your email and password
Click on Order History (located in your account dashboard)
Find the Huel order you want to return
Click View Order to open your Huel order details
Step 2: Create a return request for your Huel order
Once you've located your Huel order, you can create your return request.
How to create a return request:
In your Huel order details, click Create a Return
You'll be taken to your Huel return form
Step 3: Select products and reason for your Huel return
Complete your Huel return request by selecting which Huel products you want to return and explaining your reason for the return.
What to do in your Huel return form:
Select the Huel product(s) you want to return — Check the boxes next to each Huel product in your Huel order that you want to return
Choose a reason for your Huel return — Select from the available reasons in the return form (e.g., "not as expected," "damaged," "changed my mind," etc.)
Submit your Huel return request — Click Submit to send your return request
Step 4: Huel Customer Experience team follows up
After you submit your Huel return request, a member of Huel's Customer Experience team will review your return and follow up with you.

A member of Huel's Customer Experience team will contact you with the next steps for your Huel return
Huel's Customer Experience team will provide you with return shipping information and instructions for sending back your Huel order
Once Huel receives and inspects your returned Huel items, your refund will be processed
Important conditions for your Huel return
Before submitting your Huel return request, please review these return conditions:
Returned Huel items must be unused — All Huel products you're returning must be unopened and unused
Returned Huel items must be in original condition — Your Huel items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received your Huel order
You are responsible for Huel return shipping costs — You must pay for the cost to ship your Huel order back to Huel's warehouse; Huel does not cover the cost of return shipping for your Huel items
You have 14 days from delivery — Your Huel return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your Huel order; returns submitted after 14 days may not be accepted
