Yes — you can return your Huel order for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Follow these steps to start your Huel return request.
Step 1: Access your Huel order
Go to huel.com/account/login
Log in to your Huel account
Click Order History
Find the Huel order you want to return and click View Order
Step 2: Create a return request
In your Huel order details, click Create a Return
Select the Huel product(s) you want to return
Choose a reason for your Huel return
Click Submit to send your return request
Step 3: What happens next
After you submit your Huel return request, a member of Huel's Customer Experience team will review your return and follow up with return shipping information and next steps. Once Huel receives and inspects your returned Huel items, your refund will be processed.
Important conditions for your Huel return
Items must be unopened and unused — All Huel products you're returning must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received
Return shipping costs are your responsibility — Huel does not cover the cost of return shipping
You have 14 days from delivery — Your Huel return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your Huel order
