Standard Return (Any Order)
You can return unused, unopened Huel products within 14 days of delivery for a refund. You're responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Use a tracked courier and keep your proof of postage. Share your tracking number with Huel — your refund is processed once your return is received or once you provide tracking.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee (First-Time Orders Only)
If this is your first-ever Huel order and it's not right for you, you don't need to return anything. Say "talk to a human" and reference the Money Back Guarantee within 30 days of delivery - this is applicable to both opened and unopened products. This guarantee is valid for orders up to $115, and a $15 shipping and handling fee is deducted from the refund.
Except where required by law, Huel does not offer refunds outside the 30-day window or for repeat purchases — those use the standard return path above instead.
