You can return your order for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Huel offers a Money Back Guarantee for first-time orders up to £70, with a £10 handling fee deducted from the refund.
📝 How to start a return:
Log in to your Huel account click on Order History. Find the order you want to return and click View Order Click Create a Return
Alternatively, you can manually return your order by sending it directly to the appropriate warehouse. Include a note with your order number, full name, delivery address, and reason for return.
From there, you’ll be able to:
Select the product(s) you want to return Choose a reason for return
Additionally, include a note with your order number, full name, delivery address, and reason for return in the package.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the return is received or proof of postage is provided.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs
Returns should be sent to the appropriate regional warehouse address. For example, in the UK: Huel GXO, 39–44 Davy Close, Park Farm Industrial Estate, Wellingborough, Northants, NN8 6XX.
