When you order using Apple Pay or PayPal, the way you manage your order (cancel, refund, or amend) can differ from credit card orders. This guide explains what you can and cannot do.
Can I Cancel or Refund My Apple Pay / PayPal Order?
Before Your Order Ships
Yes — we can cancel your order and process a refund if it hasn't been dispatched yet.
Order status: Log in to your account at huel.com/account/login and check your order status in "Order History."
If it says "Processing" or "Pending": Reach out immediately — we may still have time to cancel it.
If it says "Dispatched" or later: The order has already left our warehouse and cannot be cancelled by us. See below.
Where the refund goes:
Apple Pay: Refunded to the card or account you used with Apple Pay (usually within 5–10 business days).
PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account or original payment method (usually within 3–5 business days).
After Your Order Ships
If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it, but you have options:

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Sometimes. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the address on the warehouse system. This depends on:

Important: Even if the address is updated in our system, your dispatch email may still show the old address. This is normal — trust that the warehouse has the correct one.
After Dispatch
If your order has already been sent, we cannot change the address. Your options:
Wait for delivery at the originally entered address.
Refuse delivery when it arrives and request a re-delivery to the correct address (contact the courier directly with your tracking number).
Return it once delivered and place a new order with the correct address.
