One starter kit per product type Starter items are provided once per product type. For example, you'll receive only one Huel Pot with your first Hot & Savoury order.
T-shirt requires size selection The Huel t-shirt is only included if you select your size during checkout and if it's your first time order. If you don't select a size, the t-shirt won't be included - please contact us and say 'talk to a human' so we can assist.
No starter items in future orders Free items are not automatically included in future Huel orders — only with your first qualifying purchase.

Check that you selected a t-shirt size at checkout (if applicable)
