Important information about Huel starter items:
Free starter items are only included with the first order of the qualifying product.
The Huel t-shirt is only included if the size is selected during checkout.
If the same product has been ordered previously, starter items will not be included again.
If starter items are missing from a qualifying Huel order:
Confirm that the order is the first purchase of the qualifying product.
Check that the t-shirt size was selected at checkout.
