Yes — if this is your first time ordering eligible Huel products, your starter kit items will be included automatically, even if you don't see them listed in your checkout.
Why starter kit items don't appear in checkout
Starter kit items like the shaker, greens bottle, reusable pot, scoop(s), and handbook are automatically added to your order after checkout if you're eligible. They don't always appear in your basket or order summary before payment — but they'll be packed with your delivery.
Who gets a starter kit?
You'll receive starter kit items if it's your first order of the following products:
Huel Powder v3.1, Huel Black Edition, or Huel Essential
Free shaker
Free scoop(s)
Free handbook
Huel Daily Greens
Free greens bottle
Free scoop(s)
Free handbook
Huel Hot & Savoury (bulk pouches)
Free reusable pot
Free handbook
T-shirt (first-time subscription orders only)
Free t-shirt
Important: You must select your size and colour at checkout to receive it If your first order includes multiple product types, you will receive the corresponding free items for each type. For example, ordering both Daily Greens and Huel Powder will result in receiving both the greens bottle and the shaker.
Already ordered before?
Starter kit items are only sent once per customer per product type. If you've already received a shaker, pot, or bottle in a previous order, we won't include them again — even if you're ordering a Bundle or placing a larger order. If you previously placed and then cancelled an order, your subsequent order will not qualify as your first order, and starter kit items will not be included.
Check your order confirmation email
Your email order confirmation will list all eligible starter kit items. If you see them there, they'll be packed and shipped with your order.
