Why starter kit items don't appear in checkout
Starter kit items like the shaker, greens bottle, reusable pot, scoop(s), and handbook are automatically added to your order after checkout if you're eligible. They don't always appear in your basket or order summary before payment — but they'll be packed with your delivery.
Who gets a starter kit?
You'll receive starter kit items if it's your first order of the following products: Starter kits are tied to the first order placed directly through Huel’s website. If you have previously ordered using the same account, the starter kit will not be added, even if the shipping address or recipient name is different.

Already ordered before?
Starter kit items are only sent once per customer per product type. If you've already received a shaker, pot, or bottle in a previous order, we won't include them again — even if you're ordering a Bundle or placing a larger order. If your original first order is cancelled, subsequent orders are treated as repeat orders, and the starter kit may not be automatically included. Contact Huel’s customer support to arrange for the starter kit separately.
Check your order confirmation email
Your email order confirmation will list all eligible starter kit items. If you see them there, they'll be packed and shipped with your order. Ensure that this is your first order placed directly through Huel’s website and confirm that your order includes eligible products such as Powders, Daily Greens, or Hot & Savoury Meal Packs.
