How it works
Points from cancelled or refunded orders are removed from your balance.
If the order was only partially refunded, points will be adjusted based on the final amount spent.

Pending points
Points show as pending for 4 days after an order.
If an order is cancelled or refunded during this time, those points will never move to your available balance.

Important to know
Once points are deducted, they cannot be reinstated unless the cancellation/refund was an error.
If you've already redeemed a reward using points from an order that's later refunded, we may adjust your points balance to correct it.
