Points stay active as long as you keep ordering — each order resets the clock
Rewards generated from points are valid for 3 months from the date they're created — not 12 months
Expired rewards can't be reinstated
If you opt out of Huel+, all accumulated points are immediately and permanently removed
If you opt back in, previous points are not reinstated
