When you place a Huel order, the Huel+ loyalty points you earn are added to your account immediately but marked as pending. Pending points cannot be redeemed until they move into your available balance after 4 days.
How pending Huel+ points work

Why points are held as pending
The 4-day pending period allows time for:
Cancellations — if an order is cancelled, the pending points for that order are removed
Refunds and returns — pending points are adjusted if part or all of an order is refunded
Processing — to ensure only fully completed purchases generate usable Huel+ points
Key details
Subscription orders follow the same pending process — subscription points earn at double the rate but will still appear as pending for 4 days before becoming available
