How pending points work
Points are added to your account immediately after checkout but are marked as pending.
They become available to spend after 4 days.

Why they're pending
The short delay allows time for:
Cancellations – if an order is cancelled, the pending points are removed.
Refunds/returns – points are adjusted if part or all of an order is refunded.
Processing – to make sure only completed purchases generate usable points.

Key details
Pending points can't be redeemed until they move into your available balance.
Subscription orders also follow the same pending process (you'll earn double points, but they'll still show as pending at first).
