Huel+ loyalty points are not automatically backdated for purchases made before you opted in — but there is one exception: orders placed within the 30 days before you joined Huel+ will have their points credited to your account.
How Huel+ points backdating works
Huel+ points are earned from the moment you opt in to Huel+
If you placed a Huel order within 30 days before opting in, the points for that order will be added to your Huel+ balance
This 30-day backdating applies once at sign-up only — points cannot be backdated again after you have joined
Important to know
Huel purchases made more than 30 days before you opted in to Huel+ will not be credited
Opting out of Huel+ removes all your accumulated points — if you opt back in, your previous points will not be reinstated
Reward codes you have already generated before opting out will remain valid for their original 12-month period
