How points work
Points are added to your account immediately after placing an order, but they first appear as pending.
After 4 days, they will become available to use.

Why the delay?
The short pending period allows time for:
Cancellations – if an order is cancelled, the points are removed.
Refunds/returns – points are adjusted if items are returned.
Processing – to ensure only completed purchases add points to your spendable balance.

Key details
Pending points can't be redeemed until they move to your available balance.
Subscription orders earn double points, but they also follow the same pending period.
If you cancel or refund your order, the pending points from that purchase will be deducted.
