If your order isn't showing in your Huel account, there are a few common reasons why this might happen:
1. Guest checkout
If you checked out as a guest, your Huel order won't automatically appear in your account.
To link your Huel order history, create an account using the same email address you used to place your Huel order.
2. Wrong email address
Orders are tied to the email address you used at checkout.
If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you're logging in with the one linked to your Huel order.
3. Wrong regional store
Huel accounts are store-specific (UK, EU, US, SE, etc.).
If you're logged into the wrong regional store, your Huel order history won't display.
Use the flag at the bottom of the website to switch to your correct regional store.
4. System delay
Occasionally, it can take a short while for recent Huel orders to appear in your account.
Please allow a little time before checking again.
