If your Huel order isn’t showing in your account straight after checkout, there are a few common reasons for this. Start with the most likely cause below.
1. System delay (most common immediately after checkout)
A newly placed Huel order may not appear in your Huel account straight away.
Occasionally, it can take a short period of time for a recent Huel order to sync with your account after checkout. Allow a little time and check your Huel account again in a few hours.
2. Guest checkout
If you placed your Huel order using guest checkout, the Huel order will not automatically appear in a Huel account.
To link your Huel order history:
Create a Huel account using the same email address used to place the Huel order
The Huel order history will then be linked to the new Huel account
3. Wrong email address
Huel orders are linked to the email address used during checkout.
If multiple email addresses are used, the Huel order may not appear in the expected account.
To check the correct email address:
Search your inbox (including spam or junk folders) for the Huel order confirmation email
Log into the Huel account using the same email address that received the Huel order confirmation
4. Wrong regional store
Huel accounts are specific to the region where the Huel order was placed (for example: UK, EU, US, SE).
If logged into the wrong regional store, the Huel order history will not appear.
To switch to the correct regional store:
Scroll to the bottom of the Huel website
Select the flag icon
Choose the region where the Huel order was placed (for example, UK or US)
5. Still not showing?
If the Huel order still does not appear after checking all of the above:
Type “talk to a human” in the chat
A support specialist will help locate and link the Huel order
