If you can log in to a Huel account but cannot see a Huel subscription (recurring order), there are several common reasons to check. This article applies to customers in the United States.
Common reasons why a Huel subscription is not showing:
1. Wrong regional store selected
Each Huel store (US, UK, EU, SE, etc.) is separate.
If you are logged in to the wrong region, the Huel subscription will not appear.
Use the country selector (flag icon at the bottom of the website) to switch to the US store.
2. Huel account not linked to the order
If the order was placed as a guest, the Huel account may not have been created.
Create a Huel account using the same email address used at checkout to access the subscription.
3. Multiple Huel accounts exist
Multiple accounts may have been created using different email addresses (for example: personal and work emails).
Make sure you are logging in with the same email address used for the Huel subscription.
If the Huel subscription is still not visible:
Confirm the correct email address and region are being used.
Log in again to your Huel account: https://www.huel.com/account/login
Have your order number ready for reference.
