I can log in, but I don’t see my subscription — what’s going on?

If your Huel subscription isn’t visible in your account, the most common cause is a mismatch between the email address or region used to place the Huel subscription and the details used to log in.

If you’re logged in but your Huel subscription isn’t showing

1. System delay (immediately after creating a subscription)

A newly created Huel subscription may not appear in your Huel account straight away.

It can take a short period of time for a new Huel subscription to sync with your account after checkout. Wait a little while and check your Huel account again.


2. Wrong regional store

Huel accounts are region-specific (for example: UK, EU, US, SE).

If you log into the wrong regional Huel store, your Huel subscription will not appear.

To switch to the correct regional store:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Huel website

  2. Select the flag icon (country selector)

  3. Choose the region where the Huel subscription was created (for example, US or UK)


3. Huel account not linked to the subscription

If the Huel subscription was created using guest checkout, a Huel account may not have been created at the time.

To access the Huel subscription:

  1. Create a Huel account using the same email address used to place the Huel subscription

  2. The Huel subscription will then be linked to that Huel account


4. Multiple Huel accounts exist

If multiple email addresses are used (for example, personal and work emails), more than one Huel account may exist.

The Huel subscription will only appear in the Huel account linked to the email address used at checkout.

To find the correct account:

  • Search your inbox (including spam or junk folders) for the Huel subscription confirmation email

  • Log in using the email address that received the Huel subscription confirmation


If your Huel subscription is still not visible

Before contacting support, confirm the following:

  • The correct email address is being used

  • The correct regional Huel store is selected

  • You have logged out and back into your Huel account

If the Huel subscription still does not appear:

  • Type “talk to a human” in the chat

  • A support specialist will help locate and link the Huel subscription
