My order isn't showing in my account — and I have two accounts

What to do if your order doesn't appear after creating a Huel account, and what happens if two accounts exist under different email addresses.

Why isn't my order showing in my account?

If you placed an order and then created a Huel account afterward, your order will not automatically link to your new account — even if you used the same email address.

This happens because the order was placed as a guest before your account existed. Orders placed as a guest are processed and fulfilled independently, and there is no automatic process to attach them to a new account created later.

Your order is still valid. You will receive all order confirmation and shipping emails to the email address you used at checkout. Your order will be fulfilled as normal — it just won't appear in your account order history.

Can I merge two Huel accounts?

If you have two Huel accounts — for example, one from a previous guest checkout and one you recently created — we are not able to merge them.

Each account is separate, and there is currently no option to combine order history, subscriptions, or preferences between two accounts.

What should I do?

We recommend the following:

  • To manage a subscription: Use the account linked to the email address where your subscription is registered. If you're unsure which email that is, check your original subscription confirmation email.

  • To check on a specific order: Use the order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase. This will contain your order number and tracking information.

  • To keep things simple going forward: Use one consistent email address for all future Huel purchases so orders and subscriptions appear in a single account.
