Some addresses might get a restriction status and dynamically generated warning messages in the map area of the Route planning section.
Colours of Restriction and Warning
The colour of the restriction/warning specifies whether it's a blocker for route planning and optimization.
Red colour
There is a blocker and route planning can't be continued until the blocking reason is resolved.
The reasons and possible resolutions:
Illegal address or other address accessibility issues. To fix the issue, remove the address from the order completely or modify it.
Vehicle parameters are restricted for some particular route elements. To fix the issue, reassign the order to another vehicle, doublecheck vehicle parameters in the Vehicle settings or modify navigation preferences to transform the blocker into a warning.
Orange colour
The orange colour indicates a warning. There is a blocker, but route planning can be continued.
