You can manage your data directly in your account on my.gettested.io, including deleting individual test results or your entire account.
Important Information Before Deleting
Please note that deleting results or your account is permanent. Once data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered or restored by our team.
Before deleting anything, please make sure you are completely certain that you want to proceed. We strongly recommend downloading or saving any results you wish to keep before deleting them or deleting your account.
Once a deletion is confirmed, the data is permanently removed and the action cannot be reversed.
Deleting Results
1. Log in to your account on https://my.gettested.io/. Go to Home, locate the result you want to delete. Click the three dots on the right.
2. After pressing the three dots, select Delete test.
3. Confirm deletion, press Delete.
Done.
Deleting Your Account
1. Log in to your account on https://my.gettested.io/. Press the profile icon.
2. Under Account Preferences, press Update on Manage account.
3. Press My Profile.
4. Scroll down to Danger Zone and press the red Delete Account button.
5. Confirm by pressing Delete My Account.
