How to request your lab results deletion
Follow these steps to request the deletion of your lab results:
Save your lab results PDF locally, such as on your computer or mobile device. As deleted results cannot be restored, this is essential.
Send a request via the support email address provided by GetTested. Clearly state that you want your lab results to be deleted from the system.
